  • No toxic emissions are expected from the pyrolysis plant: the only gases emitted to the air are the results of complete combustion of hydrocarbons, and therefore only CO2 and H2O

Important Note:
  • It is advisable to have the plastic pre-sorted in order to remove all PVC and PET by hand.
  • PVC contains chlorine, which will be present in the fuel, and requires an additional process to remove the chlorine, which is costly. PVC/Chlorine also gives off poisonous gasses.
  • All plastic must be dry from water.
  • Old plastic oil cans with an oil film are no problem.
  • A conveyor hand sorting system is advised.
